1. Log into your account and click on Dashboard. You will need to have an account in order to redeem your points.
2. Click onto your Points to view your current balance. Your points are valid for 12 months. Points accumulate after an order has been completed.
This can usually be found in the “My Account Dashboard” section of the website.
3. Enter the number of Points you would like to redeem. You will need a minimum of 2000 points. * Important – Coupons generated are for single purchases only, unused balance will be forfeited, please only generate a coupon to the value you intend to use in a single purchase
4. Choose how you would like to receive your discount. You can either have the discount applied to your on-line order or you can receive a Coupon that you can use at a later time. .
The coupon is used at check-out for online orders or can be brought into our retail store for purchases. If you are coming into our store, you can either print out your coupon or bring in a screen shot on your mobile. Aquarium Central can only see your purchase history, not your codes generated. You are the only person who has access to this information.
Coupons are valid for 30 days.

- Accumulated loyalty points cannot be exchanged or converted directly into cash.
While you can redeem loyalty points for various rewards, such as discounts on future purchases and merchandise, they are not intended to be a form of cash that you can withdraw or exchange for money. The value of loyalty points is tied to the program’s terms and conditions, and they have no cash value outside of the program.
- Loyalty Points are not reversed on returned items.
When you make a purchase using loyalty points and subsequently return the items, the loyalty points you used from that purchase are not reversed back into your account and are relinquished.
- Gift Vouchers do not accumulate Loyalty Points.
When you purchase gift vouchers, you will not earn or accumulate additional loyalty points.
- Loyalty Points cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
You are not allowed to redeem the loyalty points you have earned to directly purchase gift vouchers.
- Your Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months.
Your earned loyalty points within this specific program are valid for a duration of 12 months. This means that any points you earn will expire if they are not used or redeemed within that 12-month period. After the 12-month period, these points typically become ineligible for use.
- Loyalty Points only accumulate after an order has been completed.
Loyalty points are earned only after you have completed an order. In this context, “completed order” refers to a successful purchase or transaction. You will earn loyalty points based on the amount spent, but these points will not be credited to your account until the order has been finalised and processed.
