  • Our trusted couriers include Australia Post Eparcel, Startrack, Fastways, and Couriers Please.
  • For delivery times on dry goods, please check the Australia Post website for estimates to your area.

Live Fish Expedited Services:

  • Most live fish orders arrive overnight to ensure their well-being.
  • We exclusively ship live fish on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  • Tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched, typically around 5pm AEST.

Our Live Fish Shipping Process ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ“ฆ

Your fish’s well-being during transit is our top priority. Here’s how we ensure they reach you in perfect condition:

  1. Special Packing: Each fish is delicately placed in our specially designed, sealed transportation bags.
  2. Freshwater & Care: The bags are filled with freshwater and a unique shipping solution to ensure comfort.
  3. Oxygen: We inject 100% pure oxygen into the bag before sealing, ensuring a breathable environment.
  4. Safety Box: All bags are then safely placed inside a freight-safe shipping styrofoam box.

We take great pride in our process and thus offer a Live Fish Guarantee. *Conditions Apply.

Delivery Expectations:

  • Typically, live fish arrive within 24 hours post-shipping. However, certain locations might take up to 48 hours.
  • We request your patience: If it’s been less than 48 hours since shipping and your parcel has been tracked, please refrain from contacting the store with questions like “where are my fish.”

Order Status & Tracking Details ๐Ÿ“ฆ

  1. After placing an order, it will be marked as “processing status” in your order dashboard on our website. During this phase, you won’t receive any updates from us.

  2. You’ll hear from us next when your order has been shipped. At that time, you’ll receive an email indicating the order is “complete.” This email will also provide your tracking details.

Once your order is packed and marked as “Completed,” you’ll receive a notification email confirming that your order is ready to go.

Included in this “Completed” email will be your tracking number. For those eager to track their LIVE FISH shipments, please note:

  • We primarily ship LIVE FISH on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. However, for some local orders, we may also dispatch on Mondays.
  • Tracking information will be provided after 5pm on these days.

We encourage you to check the details in the “Completed” email before reaching out with questions. We’ve put a lot of effort into providing comprehensive information there. If you do have questions prior to receiving your tracking information, please wait until after the specified time. Premature questions about tracking might incur a small fee, while all other questions will be addressed free of charge.
