Goldfish Complete AquaGel is a tailor-made complete diet for all Goldfish species that focuses on the unique nutritional requirements of these spectacular fish. AquaGel is non-irradiated, uncooked, and filler free. This ensures your fish obtain maximum benefit from all the essential vitamins, minerals, protein, and fibre. AquaGel is stable in water and allows your fish to graze over a longer time without polluting your aquarium water. Feeding Directions: Add 3 scoops (30g AquaGel) per 120 ml of boiling water. Quickly whisk or stir thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved. For a softer gel: Mix 3 scoops of AquaGel with up to 150 ml of boiling water. Allow AquaGel to set at room temperature. The highly nutritious set gel can be stored in a fridge for up to 2 weeks.

When fish food is imported to Australia legally it is exposed to Gamma Radiation emitted from radioactive forms of the element Cobalt (Cobalt 60) or of the element Cesium (Cesium 137). It is well known that food treated by these particular elements is perfectly safe for consumption, but in the trade-off for sterilisation significant research has shown nutrient profile degradation. In particular, because Gel based fish diets aren’t processed with a protective outer pellet layer, the crucial nutrient value is lost as a direct result of Radiation sterilisation.
