Tetrastigma Cichlid
Otopharynx tetrastigma males can appear similar to Tramitichromis intermedius or Lethrinops intermedius and were likely once considered the same fish. They are pit-spawners and males will attract females to a depression they create in the sand. They are also known to dive into the sand to avoid being caught! You can witness this behavior in the video below. They are more docile than most Haplochromine species.
