  • Express Shipping: Ideal for time-sensitive orders, ensuring faster delivery.
  • Live Fish & Plant Shipping: Specially handled to protect aquatic life during transit.

Packaging & Handling

We take extra care in packaging all orders to prevent damage. Special measures for live fish and plants include:

  • Insulated packaging to maintain stable temperatures.
  • Oxygen-enriched bags to keep live fish safe.
  • Moisture control to keep plants fresh and healthy.

Live Fish (Shipped Wednesdays)

  • $35 Flat Rate – Shipped via StarTrack or Aramex Priority (Aramex available for local QLD orders within 300km of our store).
    • FREE if you spend over $200 on live fish.
  • $60 via TOLL Priority (Discounted to $35 for orders over $200).

Live Plants (Shipped Wednesdays)

  • $11.50 Flat Rate via Express Services.
    • FREE when shipped with live fish.

Frozen Goods

  • $30 Flat Rate using Priority Express Services.

No. Live fish shipments are scheduled as follows:

Tracking emails are sent out between 4 PM and 5 PM AEST on the day your order is shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and items, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
